Essentials for Agile Success: Build Persistent Teams

Agile Adoption is successful when teams are persistent, cross functional and sized per agile best practices. A team member is representing a single team, and cannot be part of multiple teams.

The cross functional team has the required skills to plan, develop and release the work items identified in the team backlog. All team members work in the same time zone. Persistent teams are highly motivated and produce quality products that delight customers.
